Four things we do properly.
We keep the scope narrow on purpose. If a job needs a systems integrator or a large agency, we say so at the first meeting.
- Management reporting Monthly pack that reconciles to your accounts: revenue by product and customer, gross margin, overheads, cash position. Built in the tools you already have — usually a spreadsheet front end over a small database.
- Forecasting and scenarios Twelve-month rolling forecast with drivers rather than straight lines: headcount, price, volume, churn. Three scenarios, each with its assumptions visible on one page.
- Data pipelines Moving data between accounting, CRM, e-commerce and spreadsheets. Scheduled loads, validation rules, and an alert when something stops arriving.
- Interim analysis support Cover during a hire or a busy quarter: ad-hoc questions answered by someone who already knows where the numbers live.
What a project looks like
Week 1–2. Review. We read your reports, talk to the people who use them, and trace a handful of figures back to source. You receive a short written assessment with the disagreements we found.
Week 3–8. Build. We work in fortnightly cycles, showing something usable at the end of each one. Your side reviews; we adjust.
Week 9–10. Handover. Documentation, a walkthrough with whoever will maintain it, and thirty days of questions afterwards.

Fees exclude VAT. The review fee is credited against a build if you continue within three months.
