Privacy notice
Short version: we keep the minimum, we do not sell anything, and you can ask us to delete what we hold.
What we collect
If you email or call us, we keep your name, contact details and the correspondence. If you become a client, we also hold project files and the working papers behind any analysis.
Why we hold it
To answer enquiries, deliver work, keep statutory records, and send the occasional note about our services if you have asked for it. We rely on legitimate interest for enquiries and contract for client work.
Who sees it
Our own staff and, where necessary, our accountant and IT provider under confidentiality. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
How long
Enquiries that do not become work: twelve months. Client records: six years after the end of the engagement, as required for tax purposes.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to privacy@ashgrove-analytics.co.uk.
